About Mind-Care

Mind-Care is a multidisciplinary mental health service bringing together psychologists, psychiatrists and neurologists within a coordinated clinical model.

We are always interested in connecting with clinicians who share our commitment to thoughtful, evidence-based care and collaborative practice.

A collaborative clinical environment

Mind-Care was established with the goal of creating a service where clinicians from different disciplines can work together to support individuals experiencing complex mental health and neurological concerns.

Our model encourages:

  • Collaboration across psychology, psychiatry and neurology
  • Professional growth and reflective clinical practice
  • Ethical and clinically responsible care
  • A supportive and respectful workplace culture

Supporting clinician growth

We believe that clinicians do their best work when they feel supported and connected to a professional community.

Clinicians working with Mind-Care may benefit from opportunities such as:

  • Internal professional development sessions
  • Peer consultation and supervision opportunities
  • Collaboration across disciplines for complex presentations
  • A supportive environment for ongoing clinical learning

An inclusive and respectful workplace

Mind-Care values diversity and welcomes clinicians from a wide range of professional, cultural and personal backgrounds.

We aim to create an environment where clinicians feel respected, supported and able to contribute their unique perspectives and experiences.

We welcome enquiries from clinicians who are committed to inclusive practice and culturally responsive care.
