Psychologist Serving Dubbo | Telehealth Mental Health Support

Accessing a psychologist in Dubbo, or anywhere across Western NSW, is harder than it should be. The region has some of the greatest unmet mental health needs in the state. Long distances to specialist services, stretched public health resources, and the compounding pressures of regional life mean that many people who need support simply don’t access it.

Mind-Care is working to change that. We offer telehealth psychology services to clients in Dubbo and the surrounding region, bringing quality, evidence-based care directly to you.

What we offer

Our multidisciplinary team includes general psychologists, clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, and neurologists. We work with adolescents and adults across anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, workplace stress, and more.

Medicare rebates are available for many services with a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP or a referral from your psychiatrist.

Why Mind-Care for Dubbo residents?

We’re not a faceless telehealth platform. Mind-Care is a practice with a real team, a real clinic in Charlestown (Newcastle), and clinicians who genuinely care about the people they work with. Many of our clinicians also offer telehealth from locations across NSW. When you connect with us, you’re connecting with people who understand regional and rural life.

Our parent organisation, Educare, has been providing allied health services across New South Wales for over 25 years.

How telehealth works

Telehealth appointments are conducted via secure video call: no travel, no waiting rooms. Book online, and we’ll confirm your appointment and send you the details, or reach out to speak with someone directly, and we’ll help you find the right clinician and appointment type for your needs.

Working alongside your GP

We work closely with GPs and other health professionals in the Dubbo region. If you’ve been referred by your GP, we’ll liaise with them to ensure your care is coordinated and consistent.
