Services for Wagga Wagga residents
We work with adolescents and adults across a full range of presentations, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, grief, relationship issues, and workplace stress. Our team includes general psychologists, clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, and neurologists.
Many services attract a Medicare rebate with a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP or a referral from a psychiatrist. We also work with NDIS participants.
Several of our psychologists are SIRA-approved and experienced in delivering telehealth psychology for workers’ compensation across NSW. Our psychologists are registered with AHPRA and experienced in working by telehealth.

You can book a telehealth psychology appointment online whenever you’re ready, or enquire first and our team will help you find the right clinician.
A real practice, available to you online
Mind-Care is built around a physical practice, our Charlestown clinic in Newcastle, with a team that offers both in-person and telehealth services. When you access care through Mind-Care, you’re not joining a platform; you’re becoming a client of a practice with genuine clinical oversight, a consistent team, and a commitment to your long-term wellbeing.
Our connection to Educare, with over 25 years of allied health experience in NSW, means we have depth and stability behind what we offer.
How telehealth works
Appointments are held via secure video call from wherever suits you: your home, your office, or any private space. There’s no software to install. We’ll send you a link before your appointment, and your clinician will be there to meet you.
