Leilani de Silva is a Clinical Psychologist with over ten years of experience working across public and private mental health settings. She has worked in hospital and community services supporting individuals with a wide range of psychological difficulties, including complex and persistent mental health presentations. Leilani is committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care that is both clinically rigorous and deeply compassionate.

Leilani brings a warm, calm and collaborative presence to therapy. She focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, develop insight and work toward meaningful and sustainable change. Her work is guided by a trauma-informed and neurodiversity affirming framework, with an appreciation for the ways that life experiences, relationships and physical health can shape emotional wellbeing.

Leilani works with a range of concerns including anxiety disorders, depression and mood difficulties, trauma, emotional dysregulation, adjustment challenges, relationship and attachment difficulties, stress related to life transitions and the psychological impact of chronic health conditions. She also has experience supporting children and families when appropriate.

Outside of her professional work, Leilani enjoys cooking, quiet rainy days, and spending time with dogs and cats. She enjoys being outdoors, going for walks and finding small moments of calm in nature.
